This role is based in our Stapylton, QLD office with hybrid work environment and regular travel requirements in all corners of QLD. You will be required to work away from home for short periods of time to complete site visits and be comfortable driving to these locations. You will have access to a 4WD company pool car for travel. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in the design in Telepower systems such as solar and hybrid-solar. Support the design and construction team to manage end to end projects including the forecast of materials, detailed quotes and engineering solutions for specific programs of work, monitor progress of completions against specified timeframes. Regularly consult with construction crews and supervisors to optimise design outcomes and improve processes. Liaise with suppliers regarding products, specifications and delivery schedules and clients to meet desired design and project outcomes About You: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical theory. We welcome applicants from backgrounds such as electrical technicians, recent electrical graduates and seasoned engineers. A self-motivator with eagerness to learn Strong attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills Practical experience is highly regarded, such as working as a field technician or exposure to the telecommunications, maintenance or construction industries. Ability to use various computer packages including Excel, Access & Microsoft Office Suite programs.
