POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Electrical Designer to join our engineering team at Cyntergy. In this role, you will leverage your power and lighting design experience and technical expertise to create comprehensive electrical designs for a variety of projects. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that designs meet both functional and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce drawings for building’s lighting, power and electrical distribution systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Perform lighting and power engineering calculations.
  • Design electrical systems in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
  • Support the procurement process by evaluating and specifying appropriate materials and equipment for new electrical infrastructure and reviewing vendor proposals.
  • Adhere to project schedules, budgets and scope of work.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
