Job Description Electrical Designer Wareham, MA Full time Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Designer to join our growing team. This individual will work alongside experienced engineers and project managers to develop electrical system designs for a variety of building types. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic consulting environment. Key Responsibilities Develop electrical system designs including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems Prepare construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD Perform load calculations, short circuit, and voltage drop calculations Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and architectural teams Assist with specifications, reports, and construction administration tasks Conduct site visits and field investigations as needed Support senior engineers and project managers throughout project lifecycle Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology 2–6 years of experience in MEP consulting engineering (preferred) Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Familiarity with NEC and applicable building codes Strong communication and organizational skills EIT certification or on track to obtain (preferred) What We Offer Competitive salary and two bonus's per year Health insurance (Employee +1 paid by G&V) 401(k) with 3% Safe Harbor Annual Contribution by G&V Paid time off and holidays Professional development and support for licensure (FE/PE) Opportunity to work on impactful and community-focused projects Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
