QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and Revit is required
• 2+ years of drafting experience in electrical construction or a related industry
• Associate’s degree or certificate in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or equivalent field experience
• Knowledge of NEC codes and general electrical construction practices preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively

• Create and revise electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD and Revit
• Develop and maintain accurate project documentation in BIM environments
• Interpret markups, redlines, and field notes provided by project managers or engineers
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure alignment between design and field execution
• Assist in the preparation of submittals, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
• Coordinate with engineers, electricians, and other team members to resolve design conflicts
• Maintain drawing standards and document version control
• Support the project lifecycle from design through closeout with consistent, high-quality drafting
