Electrical Engineer
Employment Type: Full-time
Minimum Experience: 1 year (full-time)
Bachelor degree in civil engineering is required
Salary : $75000– $85,000 AUD per year

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive condition monitoring processes tailored for electrical and instrumentation assets to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Integrate newly designed condition monitoring workflows into SAP Plant Maintenance modules, guaranteeing precise data capture and actionable reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with reliability engineers, maintenance personnel, and IT/SAP specialists to embed industry-leading practices into daily operations.
  • Conduct detailed failure mode analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis (RCA) to inform robust asset management strategies.
  • Support the standardisation of reliability procedures across the business, fostering consistency and efficiency in asset care.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the reliability function by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing effective solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on predictive maintenance techniques using advanced instrumentation and data capture methods.
  • Facilitate training sessions or workshops to upskill team members in condition monitoring technologies and SAP integration.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to asset health, proactively addressing issues before they escalate into critical failures.
  • Contribute to strategic planning discussions aimed at elevating overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) throughout the organisation.
