As an Electrical Engineer, you are responsible for designing, modifying, and troubleshooting electrical or electronic engineering assemblies, layouts, schematics, and drawings to advance the equipment that supports our technology. Using your technical experience and critical thinking skills, you will perform engineering analysis, generate test reports, develop innovative solutions, and create documentation for product releases. You will also coordinate the procurement and assembly of components, identify sources of critical parts, and resolve technical issues to ensure peak performance. Roles and Responsibility We are recruiting for a highly motivated Electrical Engineer for their design team. The position requires in-depth knowledge and experience in design and development of Electricals Power and Controls, uses best practices and knowledge to improve products and services, solves complex problems, and brings a new perspective using existing solutions. This role requires strong communication, in addition to being comfortable with working independently through ambiguities under minimal guidance, and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Designing and implementing Electricals & AC Panel, or improving electrical tools, facilities, components selection, equipment products. Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment. Conferring with customers, different standards, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects. Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps. Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed design calculations. Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities. Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials. Estimating material, construction / development costs for budget preparation. Helping / Guiding in Maintaining electrical equipment. Working with a variety of technicians. Our Ideal Candidate Good knowledge in design and development of Electricals Power and Controls for Tools / Machines / Test rigs. o Design creation ▪ Concept Circuit Design. Safety circuit. Circuit Schematics and standards. Adhere to different standards. o Circuit Drafting o Parts selection and evaluation. o BOM creation. Manufacturing Methods Cable/Hose/harness design & Management Innovation (new product introduction, invention discoveries, patents) Technical Documentation (including presentations and specs development, feasibility studies) Knowledge about - Manufacturing, assembly, safety, ergonomics. Knowledge about - Product Development Life Cycle, controls software. Functional Knowledge Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines Knowledge and work experience at semiconductor industry will be of additional advantage.
