Job Description

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering
  • Experience in electrical design, installation, and/or commissioning
  • Strong understanding of construction and installation industry standards
  • Ability to independently manage and escalate technical issues

✔️ DESIRED SKILLS

  • Experience working in multidisciplinary technical environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a site-based engineering role

Responsibilities
  • Responding to general queries, non-conformances, change requests, and exemption requests
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulation requirements
  • Challenging and aligning design decisions with overall project strategies
  • Coordinating technical support from external organisations when required
  • Contributing to the resolution and closure of outstanding technical issues
  • Assessing and mitigating technical risks within the electrical scope
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Responsible Designers and stakeholders
  • Reporting operationally to an Engineering Lead and supporting wider delivery team
