For more information, visit: https://waagnerbiro-bridgeservices.com Job Description Inspection & Testing Carry out routine and scheduled BMMS inspections of electrical and mechanical systems (motors, pumps, switchgear, transformers, MCC panels, HVAC equipment, piping, etc.). Conduct functional and performance testing of systems in line with OEM standards, safety codes, and client requirements. Document inspection and test results, highlighting non-conformances and potential risks. Predictive Maintenance Perform thermal imaging surveys on electrical panels, cables, motors, and mechanical equipment to detect hotspots, loose connections, and abnormal temperature patterns. Use ultrasound testing for detecting leaks, partial discharges, electrical corona effects, and mechanical anomalies. Apply vibration analysis on rotating equipment (motors, pumps, fans, compressors) to identify imbalance, misalignment, bearing wear, or resonance issues. Monitor equipment health trends and recommend corrective actions before failures occur. Condition Monitoring & Diagnostics Develop and maintain condition-monitoring programs to track asset performance. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from predictive maintenance tools. Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan shutdowns, replacements, or repairs based on inspection findings. Compliance & Safety Adhere strictly to company and client HSE procedures while carrying out site inspections and testing. Participate in safety audits and risk assessments related to electrical and mechanical systems. Reporting & Documentation Prepare detailed inspection and test reports with thermal images, ultrasound readings, vibration graphs, and other diagnostic results. Maintain accurate records of equipment condition, inspection schedules, and maintenance activities. Provide technical recommendations for repair, replacement, or system upgrades. Support & Coordination Work closely with operations, maintenance, and reliability teams to ensure proactive resolution of issues. Support root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures. Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff on predictive maintenance tools and practices. Qualifications Bachelors in Electrical Engineering 8 + years of experience preferred Valid UAE Driving License
