Description

Are you a forward-thinking Electrical Engineer looking to make a tangible impact on Ireland’s essential infrastructure throughout Munster?
You will join a leading civil and utilities contractor delivering large-scale projects across water, wastewater, and critical utility sectors. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the design, delivery, and commissioning of electrical systems on some of the country’s most vital infrastructure upgrades.
This is more than just a desk job, you’ll be hands-on, applying your technical skills in real-world environments while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to solve complex engineering challenges.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER SKILLS:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on infrastructure, utilities, or industrial electrical projects – ideally in the water sector.
  • Solid understanding of LV systems, instrumentation and control, and motor control centres (MCCs).
  • Experience working with electrical design software and familiarity with CAD packages.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable regulations including the ET101 National Rules for Electrical Installations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and clients.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites across Ireland.
