THE ROLE

As the Electrical Engineer Cabling at Damen Naval, you are responsible for the detailed design, routing, and integration of complex cabling systems onboard advanced naval vessels. Your work ensures that all electrical systems from sensors and power distribution units to mission-critical weaponry are safely and efficiently connected through optimal cable arrangements. Working within our 3DExperience engineering environment and according to the V-model, you align closely with various engineering disciplines to ensure a robust and production-ready cable design. The result of your effort is a network of cabling that forms the essential nervous system of our naval ships reliable, safe, and compliant with the most stringent standards.
