QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited Institution
  • Current Texas Professional Engineering License or Ability to Obtain Professional Licensure in the State of Texas
  • 4+ Years Experience of MEP Design experience, specifically in Municipal/Aviation, Education, Healthcare, and Commercial Office sectors
  • 1+ Years of Project Management Experience
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Design of branch circuit distribution systems for power and lighting in commercial facilities
  • Design of overall power distribution system
  • Perform calculations to support system designs
  • Perform CA tasks, review submittals/shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and attend CA meetings
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate field installations and conduct field observations
  • Manage assigned projects, including coordination and/or direction for the design team from inception to completion on a project-specific basis.
  • Plan, schedule, conduct, and or coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work while maintaining quality standards on all projects
  • Lead design and construction meetings
