Checking of MEP Operation on Daily Basis for smooth operation. Preparing MEP Reports (Daily/Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly). Preparing Schedule for Daily MEP Work. Record Keeping (PPM Reports, Schedules and Third-Party Inspection Certificates). Minimize operation related comments by Third Party. Supporting BMMS Team for Inspections. Qualifications Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university Need a valid UAE driving license Must have a mionimum of 6 years of similar experience Additional Information Project Planning & Execution Coordinate and supervise electrical works at site including LV distribution, lighting, small power, earthing, ELV systems, and panel installations. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion as per project schedule. Manage subcontractors, technicians, and suppliers to ensure scope compliance. Implement quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Prepare daily reports, inspection requests, and maintain accurate project records. Ensure full adherence to industry standards, HSE procedures, and quality requirements. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems such as MCC panels, MDB/SMDBs, UPS, lighting networks, motors, pumps, and automation components. Diagnose system faults and implement technical solutions with minimum downtime. Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and asset history records.

Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer will attend inspections and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance services. They will also prepare reports and schedules while ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
