Description
Execution phase of the contract: · Ensure the Quality of Erection activities are in line with Project timetable. · Ensure the Erection activities are in line with Project timetable. Control & Monitoring of the contract: · Generally, monitor and ensure adequate materials and manpower. · Monitor and ensure Erection works progress. · Study/understanding the drawing, Bill of Material and the interface in-betweens if any. · Monitor and ensure the Q.C. & Q.A. According to the specification. · Prepare the list of materials missing at site (if any). · Prepare and review the Erection detailed plan. · Prepare and review the Erection Progress for invoicing. · Prepare and review the Erection daily reports · Ensure Customer Satisfaction of Erection Progress · Prepare and arrange the filing, documentations relative to the site. · Plan and monitor the productivity rate of site foreman / technicians Closing phase of the contract: · Ensure satisfactory project handing over and achievement of project milestones and obtain customer satisfaction and completion certificates. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum [5–7] years of experience in electrical contracting / construction industry. TAQA transmission competency is must TAQA distribution competency Knowledge of local authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, SEC, etc. as applicable). Strong understanding of electrical systems (LV, MV, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, ELV). Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design software. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
The Electrical Engineer will ensure the quality and progress of erection activities in line with the project timetable, while monitoring materials and manpower. They will also prepare detailed plans, daily reports, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project phases.
