College Graduate – Engineering Rotational Program (ERP) Mercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Engineering Rotational Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting–edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As an Electrical ERP Engineer you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help design and create some of Mercury Systems' most advanced technologies. You will be given technical leadership development opportunities and skills training, rotational work assignments, team interface and interaction and exposure to Senior and Executive Management. Engineers complete rotational assignments within a variety of focused areas in their engineering discipline over a two‑year period. This opportunity is created to provide challenging and enriching work assignments, an opportunity to gain familiarity with Mercury Systems practices across the organization, and a chance to explore individual interests. You will gain: * Hands on technical and leadership development * Exposure and work assignments across various engineering groups over the two-year program, based on your skills and business needs * Opportunities to collaborate with senior leaders and executive management * Challenging assignments that build familiarity with Mercury Systems' practices across the organization * The opportunity to explore individual interest aligned with company objectives Job Responsibilities: * Contribute innovative ideas and state of the art thinking to improve business performance * Deliver leading edge, integrated solutions that meet customer needs * Participate in programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with Mercury's culture and strategy * Stay informed on industry trends and ensure Mercury's best practices are met or exceeded * Rotate through multiple technical disciplines to broaden skills and experience Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering obtained between May 2025 and May 2026 * A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process * Prior Co-Op or internship experience * Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment * Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements * Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts "This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance.
