We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Field Service Engineer with an Electrical Engineering background to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional who is comfortable with frequent domestic and international travel, adaptable to diverse work environments, and capable of working under challenging conditions. No relocation required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong practical skills in electrical systems repair, and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. and internationally for service calls.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks in demanding environments.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Available for both full-time and part-time positions.

• Provide on-site technical services, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for electrical automation control systems.
• Perform system tests, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively on-site.
• Communicate technical information in both English and Chinese, ensuring clear understanding with clients and colleagues.
