Description
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Degree required). A minimum of 12 years of experience in construction supervision for large-scale projects, preferably in data centers or similar technical facilities. Proven experience in quality control and construction inspection. Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards. Experience with electrical systems in commercial or industrial buildings, including power distribution, emergency power systems, and low-voltage systems. Knowledge of electrical codes and standards applicable to data centers and mission-critical facilities. Experience in supervising multiple contractors simultaneously, including electrical contractors. Full command of verbal and written English communication skills. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage contractor performance. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Construction Management certification. Experience with mission-critical facility construction. Familiarity with data center electrical systems, redundancy requirements, and power infrastructure. Knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning procedures for mission-critical environments.
