Job Summary: As an Electrical Engineer in the Reliability Department, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and optimization of electrical systems within our aluminum rolling mill facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment while contributing to the reliability and efficiency of our operations. Compensation: $85,000 and up depending on qualification and experience Specific duties include but are not limited to: · Assist in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components to improve plant reliability and performance. · Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and systems. · Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve problems effectively. · Collaborate with senior engineers and maintenance teams to identify and implement reliability improvement initiatives. · Analyze system data and performance metrics to support decision-making and improve system reliability. · Participate in project planning and execution, including modifications and upgrades to existing electrical systems. · Document technical procedures, maintenance activities, and reliability improvements. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all engineering activities. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. · Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and control systems. · Familiarity with industrial electrical equipment, including motors, drives, and PLCs. · Basic knowledge of reliability engineering principles and maintenance practices. · Proficiency in technical software tools (e.g., MATLAB, AutoCAD) is a plus. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Strong communication and teamwork abilities. · Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. · Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. · Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is advantageous. · Knowledge of aluminum rolling mill processes is a plus. · Basic understanding of industrial safety standards and practices.
