Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Fayetteville, Arkansas team! Responsibilities: Lead the design/implementation of complex engineering projects Ensure excellence in documentation, design integrity, and adherence to QA/QC standards Solve/navigate project challenges with advanced engineering concepts/innovative strategies Mentor/train junior staff, guide them through complex projects, and assist with professional development Ensure continuous improvements by developing/refining engineering practices and standards Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering 6+ years of engineering experience PE License Salary is commensurate with experience.
