Growing full-service firm looking to add a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to their Columbus, Ohio team! Responsibilities: Manage/lead project teams on projects (development of conceptual designs, estimates, drawings, and technical specifications) Prepare project estimates/proposals Provide project management support from concept through completion of substation design projects Ensure QA/QC standards are met Mentor/train junior staff Assist with business development Ensure project deliverables are on time and under budget Communicate status updates to project team Requirements: B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering Technology degree from an ABET-accredited program 8+ years of power deliver experience (medium to high voltage 12 kV to 500 kV) 3+ years of experience in project management PE License Experience in project design oversight on power projects Salary is commensurate with experience.
