Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that’s quality is recognised as second to none. Due to exciting plans for 2025 they are looking for a Electrical Engineer to join their Technical team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• NVQ3 / HNC In Electrical Maintenance or relevant degree
• 18th Edition
• Plastics / Food / Packaging industry experience within a Electrical Maintenance position
• PLC fault finding - Siemens
• Experience of medium and low voltage systems
• Knowledge of monitoring and calibration of temperature, flow and pressure and fault finding experience
• Strong knowledge of Variable speed drives, AC and DC, instrumentation and pneumatics

• Support the company’s electrical systems and instrumentation.
• Carry out maintenance on equipment during non-planned and planned maintenance shuts in a timely manner
• Overhaul and repair equipment and plant when practicable and cost effective to do so.
• Undertake projects of improvement, extension or modification or equipment in order to optimise efficiency, reliability and safety.
• Carry out maintenance on all equipment across the site including conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics etc.
