Description

Design, test, manufacture, installation, maintenance and application of equipment, devices, and systems which use electricity and electronics. Identify, analyze and resolve deficiencies and challenging problems during product development process using simulations, prototype testing, and feasibility studies. Prepare technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, or topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements. Consult with engineers, customers, or others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects or products. May estimate labor, material, or construction costs for budget preparation purposes. Bachelor degree or above in electronics / electrical / automation engineering. Above 3 years’ experience on electrical / electronic design or technical support for manufacturing equipment / automation control system. Automation and system integration design experience will be preferred. Rich experiences to solve electrical/electronics problems for board or system integration level during manufacturing Electrical/automation design experienced with electrical components such as circuit breaker, relay, sensor, servo motor, linear motor, solenoid valve etc. Good skills in analysis of schematic and pneumatic diagram, improvement, PCB layout, cable drawings update base on CAD software, such as Altium. Good knowledge and design experience on PLC programming and motion control, HMI's, Labview development. Knowledge of IE,VA/VE, KANZAN etc. Familiarity with BOM, ECN/ECO and other manufacturing systems and processes Familiarity of ERP systems, Efacs, SAP etc. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Hardworking, self-motivated, self-discipline, self-learning, and works well under pressure. Good interpersonal, communication problem-solving skill as well as strong team work spirit.
