Job Type: Full-time, 2-year contract
Department: Project Coordination Team

Responsibilities:

• Oversee interdisciplinary coordination for high-level projects, including commercial malls, airports, stations, and other public buildings.
• Act as the key coordinator for integrating electrical engineering aspects with other disciplines.
• Resolve interdisciplinary conflicts and ensure alignment between all project components.
• Collaborate with architectural, mechanical, and structural teams to achieve seamless project execution.
• Review electrical designs to ensure compliance with overall project requirements and standards.
• Guide team members on electrical-related tasks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in interdisciplinary coordination for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing projects exceeding AED 200M budget.
• Experience as a team coordinator or interdisciplinary coordinator is preferred.
• Proficiency in tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or BIM 360 for coordination tasks.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
