ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Electrical Engineering team at JCB. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers to contribute to the development of advanced electrical systems across our vehicle platforms.

In this role, you’ll be involved in the design, development, and integration of electrical systems, with clear progression pathways into specialist roles such as:

• Vehicle Electrical Circuit Engineer
• Electrical Verification & Validation Engineer
• HMI Vehicle System Integration Engineer

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE INVOLVE DAY TO DAY?

• Designing and developing electrical systems for off-highway vehicles
• Supporting system integration and ensuring compatibility across vehicle platforms
• Conducting testing and validation to meet performance and safety standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and systems engineering
• Applying structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies
