QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A “can do” attitude and endless energy and enthusiasm for the role.
• A minimum of a ONC/Level 3 National Extended Diploma or equivalent gained through a recognised apprenticeship in engineering.
• Post apprenticeship experience, including inspection experience.
• Full understanding of engineering-related statutory requirements such as COSHH.
• Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems of work.
• The ability to read and use engineering drawings.
• The ability to display problem solving and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with PLC and control systems
• Experience with working on both AC and DC systems
• Experience working with LV and HV systems
• Previous work in a theme park environment is not essential, engineering experience gathered on other electrical systems may be equally suitable.
• The ability to display problem solving and diagnostic skills.
• Have experience of using technical manuals, risk assessments and related documentation.
