Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE. The candidate should have strong expertise in site supervision, project execution, and coordination, along with basic design knowledge of electrical systems for building services and infrastructure projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of supervision and site execution of electrical works (LV, ELV, lighting, power, cabling, grounding, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of electrical design (load calculation, SLDs, layouts, etc.).
  • Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit/ETAP is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise, monitor, and inspect all electrical works on-site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Review and verify electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
  • Assist in preparing basic electrical design drawings, load schedules, and calculations.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for technical clarifications and project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, FEWA, Civil Defense, etc.).
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety, and report site activities to the Project Manager.
  • Assist in testing, commissioning, and handing over of electrical systems.
  • Support in resolving technical issues and site-related problems.
