SUMMARY / 職務概要

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the mass production of electrical devices at our U.S.-based manufacturing facility. This role focuses on production support rather than circuit design. The successful candidate will ensure that products manufactured in the U.S. meet design specifications developed in Japan, troubleshoot production issues, and serve as a key liaison between the Japanese headquarters and the U.S. plant.

• Provide technical support for the mass production of Japan-developed products

日本で開発された製品の量産に対する技術サポートを行う

• Investigate and resolve electrical issues in the manufacturing process

製造工程で発生する電気的問題を調査・解決する

• Collaborate with local factory teams to ensure compliance with quality standards

現地工場チームと連携し、品質基準の遵守を確保する

• Act as a liaison between Japanese HQ and the U.S. facility to support seamless operations

日本本社と米国工場の間の橋渡し役として円滑な業務運営を支援する

• Facilitate cross-functional communication and provide technical support across departments

部署間の連携を円滑にし、技術サポートを提供する

• Proactively address production challenges with flexibility and problem-solving initiative
