We are seeking a Electrical Engineer/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project estimation, management, and execution, ensuring successful project completion within scope, schedule, and budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $72,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

  • Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
  • Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for foremen and field staff.
  • Estimate change orders when necessary for assigned projects.
  • Manage all jobs closeout procedures effectively.
  • Plan, schedule, and maintain timelines by optimizing resources in a fast-paced construction/installation environment.
  • Ensure the high quality of all work performed at job sites through diligent oversight of submittals, purchase orders, materials contracts and subcontracts, change orders, and as-built documents.
