The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are: • Real estate development • Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products • Precast concrete products and architectural elementsJob Purpose Follow quality processes to help ensure that products / projects meet required standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures, assist with inspections and audits, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to address quality issues. Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.Key Accountability Areas Drawing Conformity: Ensure that all dimensions and embedment’s are followed. Communicates with designers for clarity on any conflicts. Inspection Compliance: Follow issued RFI and provide comments. Monitor that comments are rectified. Represents the department for joint inspection with consultant, clients etc. Contributes to Continuous Improvements: Enhance process to improve efficiency. Conducts RCA for all NCR’s. Monitor implementation of CAR’s. Project Execution conformity: Make sure that only approved materials are utilized. Clarify any project arrangements that require to be executed. Raise any quality concerns that will be encountered to avoid repetition. Documentation: Reports any non-conformity and observation including the required RCA. Follows the required corrective action needed for implementations. Role Accountability HR Proficiency: Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job To have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it. Delivery: Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Problem-Solving: Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance: Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
