Electrical Engineer Location: Marietta, OH Job Type: Direct Hire Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (Depending on Experience) Join Our Team! Are you an innovative Electrical Engineer looking for a long-term career opportunity? This Direct Hire role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge power protection systems while enjoying excellent benefits and growth potential. \n What You’ll Do Design electrical systems at the product level, including component selection, thermal systems, and interconnection hardware. Apply expertise in analog/digital circuitry, magnetics, and thermal design. Create technical specifications, schematics, and bills of materials. Design switchboard power and control circuits. Support integration of third-party devices in power distribution equipment. Conduct hardware design reviews and ensure product robustness. Provide sustaining engineering support for new and legacy systems. Troubleshoot systems and subsystems hands-on. Assist with product safety certifications (UL, CSA, IEC standards). Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD drafting software. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with EE tools (oscilloscopes, network analyzers, signal generators). Experience with three-phase electrical power systems. Strong documentation and communication skills. Hands-on lab skills and problem-solving ability.
