YOUR MISSION

• Your focus lies in the general electrical design of the system, modules, sub-systems, and components of the EBPG configuration
• For example cable routing, electromagnetic interference analysis, grounding principles, sensors and robotics, electrical lay-out, and component selection
• You’ll be responsible for creating optimal and innovative designs that are also fully manufacturable, competitive, meet quality standards, and are ready for industrialization
• Generate and maintain comprehensive electricaltechnical documentation (designs, schematics, assembly, service manuals for products and tooling).
• Implement Eplan as a design tool, migrate existing designs/schematics, and set up supply chain collaboration.
• Continuously assess and address technical risks in production, supply chain, or at customer sites.
• Responsible ownership of deliverables within new development or changes, ensuring structured planning, coordination, and execution.
• Reports directly to the System Engineering Manager in Best.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on EMI/EMC mitigation experience (high and low frequency).
• 3-7 years professional experience, including design for manufacturability.
• Broad technical curiosity beyond electronics; familiar with vacuum technology, high voltage, and precision mechanics.
• Eplan experience is essential.
• Ownership, pragmatism, and hands-on with proven project work proficiency.
• Creative with strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, conceptual problem-solver, teamoriented.
• Self-driven, thrives in challenging, dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
