Right now, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking bright and energised Electrical Engineer to join the Minor Vessel Capability Life Cycle Management (CLCM) team, specifically working on Engineering Changes (EC’s) based out of Henderson, WA. The CLCM team look after a range of Minor Vessels spread across WA and QLD. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for all Electrical discipline related activities overseeing the successful development and delivery of Engineering changes for these classes.

THE ROLE
As an Electrical Engineer within the Minor Vessel (MV) EC Team, you will work alongside the other Engineering Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to liaise with our stakeholders, to Survey and Quote Engineering Changes and develop, review and support the approval of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs). Demonstrating advanced technical theories, methodologies, principles and expertise to provide innovative solutions to the platform, you will be alert to cost and schedule constraints.
Your new role will provide you with the opportunity to learn, share your knowledge and be mentored on System Engineering methodology and processes. Enabled by the support of the Engineering Manager, you will also be enrolled in our national Engineering network. Working in a friendly team to meet the needs of our customer - the Royal Australian Navy (RAN), your role involves direct engagement with peers, Australian Defence Force personnel, capability partners, sub-contractors and suppliers.
