ABOUT OUR GROUP:

RMO Sputter Equipment Engineering team – developing engineering solutions in the field of mechanical, electrical/electronics, PLC, software & controls, and advanced analytic system, and providing technical & engineering support to enhance ultra-high vacuum (UHV) sputter machines with upgrades to improve OEE, unscheduled/scheduled downtime, operations, process capabilities, indirect material (IDM)/hardware/consumables cost reduction, productivity, new product conversion requirements & readiness, media performance and defects reduction.

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant disciplines
  • Preferably 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with electrical systems design/troubleshooting on typical semiconductor tools including RF plasma, PVD, CVD, and etch processes
  • Design for EMI, EMC safety compliance
  • Hands-on experience with PCB design
  • Ability to affect change, provide superior support and be willing to collaborate with colleagues and work on a productive team.
  • Working in a high-tech environment preferred
  • Experience with RF circuits design/troubleshooting
  • Digital, analog, & mixed design
  • Industrial automation/motion
  • Power Distribution (PDU) design experience 208VAC/200+Amp is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for technical assignments of the electrical design and development of semiconductor and disk media processing equipment.Work in a diverse team
  • -mechanical, software, process, & manufacturing.
  • Design with safety standards for high voltage/high power.
  • Use of test equipment (oscilloscopes, network analyzers, frequency generators) to troubleshoot designs
  • Design cables and PCBs for vacuum components (gauges, MFC’s, valves, turbo controllers)
  • Use software like Agile or Omnify for configuration control
  • Layout industrial networks (Beckhoff & Siemens) like Ethercat & Profinet
  • Use of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
  • Design safety interlocks
