Job Description
Answering to site requests on electrical scope by:
- Gathering all needed input data
- Producing an assessment based on these data and formalizing it in a form
- Performing calculation when requested (support calculation, plate calculation, cable calculation, etc)
- Ensuring that all the impacts of site activities on the design are well identified and managed (Design Changes, Open Points, Redlines, etc)
- Reporting to Electrical Discipline Manager and attending team meetings
- Contributing to the closure of design open points after the delivery of Electrical design packages to site
- Anticipating and raising alerts on open technical points
- Collecting and organizing the lessons learnt
- Being part of Electrical team, participating to Team meetings, sharing technical topics.
The activities will be performed under the supervision of the Electrical Discipline lead. As part of the project, you will belong to a multi-disciplinary and multicultural environment, stick to the project ways of working with high expectation on delivery time, schedule, safety and nuclear safety.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
- Engineer grade in electrical or experienced in electrical design
- Cable sizing
- Equipment installation (Switchboards, Tranformers)
- Design of Electrical network Earthing and protections
- Naviswork
- Nuclear experience
