Candidate must be a graduate of BS Electrical Engineering
Willing to be assigned in any project within Metro Manil

Application for Permanent power and water of project
Estimates (Rehash) and orders DMCI supplied materials, ensures timely delivery and monitor inventory of OSM and subcontractor materials
Reviews plan/drawing and ensures correct implementation
Manages / Coordinates with Electrical Subcontractor
Participates on toolbox meeting and ensures safe work practices are implemented
Submits daily activity / accomplishment report to office engineer
Ensures full compliance of checklist forms
Monitors productivity of EE Subcontractor
Prepares detailed schedule tied up on the general schedule prepared by the PIC
Secure approval of shop drawings prior to implementation
Checking of As-Built plans and ensuring accuracy of submitted As-Built
Prepares RFI and follow up response in case of plan deviation / conflict from consultant / Main office
Reconciles change order and closing of account with the EE contractor
Billing evaluation of EE contractor
Prepares request for payment for Meralco billing with attached Analysis / Justification
Coordination for approval of power distribution to Meralco until energization
Coordinates and Supervises installation of Genset, Busduct and Low Voltage Switchgear
