What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components used throughout our manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot electrical issues on production machinery and coordinate timely repairs to keep operations running smoothly. Support automation initiatives by integrating and optimizing robotics, PLCs, and control systems. Partner with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to improve equipment reliability and overall operational efficiency. Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment — including advanced automated systems. Ensure all electrical work meets safety standards, codes, and internal policies. Create and maintain accurate documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical reports. Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff on electrical and automation systems. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for electrical or automation-related issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required). Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus — but not required. Knowledge of robotics, PLC programming, and industrial automation is strongly preferred. Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuits, controls, and industrial equipment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
