Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intermediate Electrical Engineer based in Nanaimo, BC. The Intermediate Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing and analyzing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with other engineering disciplines. Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical drawings, performing calculations, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering skills
• Understanding of Electricity, Power Distribution, and Power Systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering (P.Eng) designation or eligibility to obtain it is a plus
• Experience with electrical design in residential, commercial, industrial, or educational projects.
