Your Tasks

• Conduct pre-sizing and architectural development for hybrid and electric propulsion components, including eMotors, batteries and power electronics
• Perform trade-off analyses to evaluate and optimize system weight, performance and overall integration efficiency
• Manage and harmonize interfaces across subsystems, including electrical networks and Low Voltage / High Voltage harness routing
• Define requirements for electrical systems and ensure technical consistency throughout development and integration
• Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate technical solutions and ensure alignment with project and integration requirements
• Define V&V objectives and high-level requirements for components and integrated systems
• Develop and design test benches, including electrical cabinets and power electronics support systems
• Perform installation and commissioning of test benches and Systems Under Test (SUT)
• Coordinate test requests with the design office
• Define detailed test procedures and execute validation and verification activities
• Operate test benches and conduct equipment and system tests while ensuring safe operations
• Troubleshoot technical issues on test benches and Systems Under Test
• Support real-time computing, data acquisition, aircraft data buses, test automation and signal conditioning
• Perform data processing and analysis, assess system behavior against requirements and prepare final test reports
• Define and perform data analytics activities to provide engineering insights
• Continuously improve test equipment reliability and perform or coordinate maintenance activities when required

Your Profile

• Master’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
• More than 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, development and/or design engineering
• Experience in electrical systems design, including eMotors, power electronics, batteries and LV/HV networks, is required
• Experience in the development and operation of test equipment is mandatory
• Experience in complex systems testing is required
• Experience with V&V processes and test management
• Knowledge of integrated measurement systems and PLC integration, including real-time systems, PLCs and test automation
• Knowledge of MATLAB, FlexPro, Python, Google Workspace or similar tools
• Fluent English (negotiation level)
