Electrical Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to take ownership of product-related responsibilities within our organization. This role involves overseeing the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electrical products, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards. The position requires close collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive product enhancements and resolve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned electrical products, from concept to production and post-market support.
• Develop, validate, and optimize electrical designs to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct risk assessments and failure mode analysis (FMEA) to proactively address potential design or manufacturing issues.
• Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for manufacturing and customer-reported issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (IEC, UL, CE) and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams to maintain high-quality production standards.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Participates in design, development, debug and test of embedded firmware for Variable Frequency Drives or Custom PLC Controllers, by using current programming languages (Assembly, C, C++, Visual Basic, etc.).
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, product development, or sustaining engineering.
• Strong knowledge of circuit design, power electronics, and electrical components.
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and engineering change processes.
• Proficiency in electrical design tools (e.g., Altium, AutoCAD Electrical).
• Understanding of reliability engineering principles and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to electrical products.
• Experience with regulatory standards such as IEC, UL, CE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with embedded systems and firmware development.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or value engineering methodologies.
• Experience in a multinational or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with IoT and smart technologies in electrical engineering.
• Advanced English skills in both written and spoken communication.
