Multi-disciplinary team is hiring a Electrical Engineering Director for their growing Cincinnati team! Responsibilities: Lead electrical team in design of public/private development projects Recruit new team members to build a strong team Assist with business development Attend project/client interviews Interact with other in-house teams Attend meetings with clients, authorities having jurisdiction, and other professionals Ensure QA/QC standards are met by reviewing designs prepared by others Requirements: BS in Electrical Engineer 12+ years of Electrical design experience PE License Experience in a leadership role Experience in designing multiple types of buildings (architectural/industrial) Experience managing multiple projects concurrently Broad experience in power, lighting, fire alarm and voice/data design Experience on healthcare projects preferred Salary is commensurate with experience.
