Job Description As an Electrical Engineering Drafter, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and controlling electrical documentation to support the design, development, and validation of power supply products. You will work closely with electrical and mechanical engineers to produce accurate schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), and supporting documentation. This role has a strong focus on documentation accuracy, configuration control, and engineering change support using SAP ERP. In addition, the role includes hands-on support in the engineering lab to assist with prototype builds, test setups, and validation activities of custom switch-mode AC/DC and DC/DC power converters. The ideal candidate has strong electrical drafting skills, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of power electronics hardware. Create, update, and maintain electrical schematics and design documentation using Altium Create and maintain electrical BOMs and ensure alignment between schematics, BOMs, and released hardware Prepare and submit Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) using SAP Assist in the development and documentation of product build procedures and electrical assembly instructions Support prototype builds and lab activities, including basic electrical assembly, wiring, and test setup support Assist with lab test setups and validation activities as needed Identify documentation gaps or improvement opportunities to support efficient builds and testing Ability to solder and rework (fine pitch components, 0201, 0402, QFNs, BGAs, etc.) is a plus Other duties may be assigned Qualifications Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 3-5 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry in a electrical drafting role Experience creating electrical schematics and related documentation using Altium Experience preparing and submitting ECRs/ECOs, including use of SAP ERP or similar systems Hands-on experience with constructing and building electronics testing fixtures/equipment Familiarity in the operation of electronic test equipment such as oscilloscope, voltage and current sensors, electronic loads etc Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks with minimum supervision Experience with test data collection and analysis, strong sense of quality Experience with test plan & test procedure development is a plus Power supply and/or high voltage experience a plus Additional Information Additional information (Location) • Based in The Philippines • Must be amenable to future RTO/Hybrid onsite reporting in Ortigas, Metro Manila Department: Engineering Services Group (ESG)
