Axium Power Services is looking for an Engineering Manager who is equal parts technical authority and strategic leader. You’ll drive our engineering excellence, guide our NETA certification journey, and mentor the next generation of power system professionals. This role sits at the core of our technical identity and our long-term vision.

• Oversee and sign off on key deliverables including Arc Flash Studies, coordination reviews, system diagnostics, and retrofit designs
• Support engineering scopes across field service, commissioning, and testing projects
• Develop structured growth paths for EITs and technologists, and lead internal knowledge development
• Contribute to pre-sales scoping, proposal writing, and client meetings
• Lead Axium’s progression toward NETA accreditation by aligning engineering standards, documentation, and processes
