Job Position: Electrical Engineering Technician

Darwin Electric Motor Rewind is a locally owned and operated business in the Northern Territory, Australia provides services to the mining, oil and gas, and local industries, specialising in rewinding both low and high-voltage electric motors, generators, transformers (DC and AC) coils, and armatures, 0-2000Kw.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and record required parts for repairs
- Overhauling and rewinding high and low-voltage electric motors
- Dismantle, reassemble motors
- Clean, repair, and overhaul bearings
- Prepare reports as required and complete job sheets in an accurate and timely manner.
- Report any quality or safety Issues to the Managing Director or the Quality Manager
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Managing Director
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and the Quality Management System ISO 9001 and AS/NZ 3800
