Description Summary: Responsible to support production on troubleshooting and repairing the electrical and electronic assemblies Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; others may be assigned: · Troubleshooting and repairing Test Boxes · Evaluate failed PCBs from incoming inspection, OEM and RTN · Troubleshooting and repairing PCBs · Build bed of nails fixture tests for production of new boards that require bed of nails · Assist in the resolution of issues with product that occur during the assembly or testing process. · Analyze data gathered and suggest solutions or alternative methods of proceeding. · Evaluate processes and assemblies and identify areas where improvements can be made. · Evaluate self work to ensure compliance with work instructions and standards · Provide technical expertise or support related to manufacturing. · Intermediate use of Microsoft Outlook, and Excel. · Intermediate use of visual MRP system · Intermediate use of Microsoft Word · Keep work area clean and orderly · Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
