We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are considered. • Manage estimates and manage project data.

• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather data for estimating purposes.
• Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to projects.
• Provide support during the bidding process by preparing proposals and presenting estimates to clients.
