Headquartered in beautiful Carlsbad, CA, we are a full-service Design-Build company. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations’ team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense market.

REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• A BA/BS degree in minimum formal education required for this position. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Twelve or more years’ experience or equivalent in architectural/ engineering/ construction estimating and related functions, including strategies, techniques, and contracting required.
• Conceptual and Hard-Bid estimating required.
• Project and performance management work experience required.
• Previous work experience in the construction design-build industry, including work with contractors and subcontractors in both private and the Department of Defense (DoD) markets required.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office - esp. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
• Specific software literacy (McCormick, Bluebeam, etc…) preferred.
