Are you an Electrical Engineer with knowledge of drives and controls looking to get off the tools and step into an estimation role in a market leading company, which will offer you 35 days holiday, a company vehicle (choice between car of van), excellent progression opportunities, top quality supplied tools and the opportunity to use your skills in an office role?
On offer is the opportunity to join a company known for promoting from within. They specialise in Drives and Controls mainly supplying the Water industry. They continually grew throughout the pandemic and are looking to expand their team to keep up with demand.
Your role will involve following up on enquiries received from the internal sales team, arranging site visits to survey, provide cost proposals, preparing quotes, building relationships with customers and work closely with the engineers to hand over installations.
This role will be a split of 3 days in the office and 2 days out and about. If you are required to stay overnight you will accrue 0.5 days holiday for every 5 nights away. All expenses are covered and you will receive extra renumeration.
This role would suit an Electrical Engineer looking to get off the tools within a company which will offer you a company car / van, plenty of training, clear progression paths and the ability to manage your own day.

The role:

• Following up on sales enquiries received from the internal sales team
• Conducting client visits to survey for installations
• Preparing quotes
• Learning the company products to support the client base
• 8:30am-5pm Monday- Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm Friday

The person

• Electrical Engineer
• A willingness to be customer facing
• Knowledge of DOL, Star/Delta, Softstart & Variable Speed Drive components/technology.
• Looking to come off the tools
• Full UK driving license
