NSP is in growth mode and we are excited to announce that we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Estimator to join our North York office. Job Description: As Electrical Estimator you will be responsible for estimating the cost of commercial construction projects, working with a team of skilled Estimators. You will assist with quantity takeoffs, pricing, bid preparation, and preconstruction coordination.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Degree in:
  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Building Systems or Construction Technology
  • Quantity Surveying or Estimating
  • Additional training in blueprint reading, CEC/OESC codes, or HVAC system design is a plus

EXPERIENCE

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in electrical /(HVAC is an asset) estimating, project coordination, or related construction work
  • Internship, co-op, or site experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Canadian Electrical Code (CEC), Ontario Electrical Safety Code (OESC).
