• Strong understanding of cost control principles and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as HeavyBid is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts effectively.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and construction site practices is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Estimator to join our dynamic team at Regent5, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs related to our technology solutions and construction projects. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring that we deliver high-quality services while maintaining budgetary constraints.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for various projects related to residential electrical services.
• Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine necessary resources and labor.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines for project execution.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
• Document and write scope of work for project proposals.
• Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Provide detailed reports on estimates and cost analysis to management.
