We are currently seeking a full-time Electrical Field Coordinator to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC.    As a Field Coordinator at TechLoss Consulting & Restoration, you will be performing a mix of billable and administrative responsibilities related to the investigation of insurance losses involving technical equipment.    What Does Alpine Intel Offer You? * Competitive Compensation Package   * Career Growth * A Diverse & Positive Work Environment  * Professional Development  * Employee Referral Bonus  * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Coverage * 401K with Match * HSA (Employer contributions) * Company Paid Life Insurance * Company Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability * Paid Time Off and Holidays Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist with investigations involving commercial and industrial systems, such projects will involve: * General information gathering, verifying lightning vs. power surge, researching products and pricing, cash value research, and communicating technical business information verbally and in writing. * Conduct a repair or replace research and analysis. * May conduct in-house inspections based on training and expertise. * Conduct weather and utility research. * Claims documentation and file management. * Supporting engineers by monitoring project deadlines and ensuring milestones are being met. * Keep track of file communications to ensure clients are being updated regularly. * Assist in vendor/client management including but not limited to vendor research and retention for a project, verifying invoices/costs to budget. * Assist with purchase order (PO) creation for project expenses. * Claims you will assist on may be related to all types of electronic equipment, including computer networks, medical technology, industrial machinery, telecommunications infrastructure, and manufacturing equipment. * May be asked to complete other work or projects for the company as determined by management.   Qualifications: * 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. * High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred. * Must have a high degree of technical aptitude. * Excellent written & verbal communication skills. * Must exhibit critical thinking and customer service mentality. * A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be successful in this position. * Advanced computer and research skills to include Microsoft Office suite. * Accountable for following through on commitments and completing such commitments with professionalism, quality, and integrity. * Experience working independently and in a collaborative team environment. * Occasional travel (dependent on training and project volume).   Physical Requirements: * Occasionally required to stand on one’s feet for prolonged periods of time. * Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects weighing 25 - 50 lbs.  * Occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. * Frequently required to reach with hands and arms. * Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.  * Occasionally required to drive a vehicle for extended periods of time. * Performs work in an office environment with noise levels consistent with an office, and on client sites which may be an industrial/manufacturing environment.    To learn more about us visit https://alpineintel.com/    Alpine Intel is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
