US Enhanced Personnel is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Field Service Technician for a leading global equipment manufacturer. The role is based in Greensboro, NC, and includes both domestic and international travel.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in PLC programming
• Hands-on experience with Frequency Drives and Servo Drives
• Skilled in multimeter-based troubleshooting
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Proficient with both electrical and mechanical hand tools

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Associate degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Technology
• Strong technical documentation and report writing
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience working in field service or industrial environments

• Install and commission new high-tech machinery
• Train operators and maintenance teams on-site
• Perform maintenance visits to ensure machine reliability
• Troubleshoot electrical systems using diagnostic tools
• Make modifications to PLC and HMI systems
• Provide 1st-level remote customer support
• Upgrade existing machine electrical components
